New to Competing?

If you are new to natural bodybuilding or fitness modelling, ICN QLD offers divisions suitable for athletes at every level.

First-time competitors can enter dedicated beginner divisions designed to provide a supportive introduction to the sport.

Categories

ICN offers a wide range of divisions to suit different physiques and presentation styles. A combination of traditional bodybuilding divisions with Fitness modelling and Fitfashion are also included.

Core categories are categories within ICN that have a major development pathway through earning PQ (Pro Qualifier) status and ultimately PRO status.

Judging Philosophy

ICN QLD is committed to maintaining judging standards that are:

Judges are selected based on experience and are regularly updated on evolving criteria within the federation.

Our aim is to reward athletes who represent the best balance of conditioning, symmetry and presentation within their division.

Drug Testing

ICN is proud to promote natural sport.

Athletes competing in ICN events are subject to drug testing to ensure fairness and integrity across all divisions.

Team QLD Pathway

Athletes placing highly in ICN QLD events may qualify to represent Team QLD at the ICN National Championships.

From there, the pathway continues to international competitions where Australian athletes compete against the best natural athletes in the world.
